Percussion method

The knocking force is generally applied to the inner ring of the bearing, and the knocking force of the shielding machine room should not be applied to the rolling element and cage of the bearing. This method is simple and easy to operate, but it can easily damage the bearing. When the bearing is located at the end of the shaft, use a copper rod or other soft metal material smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing to support the shaft end, and add a cushion block to the lower part of the bearing. Gently tap with a hammer to remove it. When applying this method, attention should be paid to the appropriate position of the cushion blocks and the correct point of application.

Hot dismantling method

Used for dismantling tight fitting bearings. First, pour the engine oil heated to around 100 ℃ into the bearing to be disassembled using an oil pot. After the bearing ring expands due to heat, the bearing can be pulled out using a puller.

Pushover method

Use a press to push the bearings, ensuring smooth and reliable operation without damaging the machine and bearing shielding machine room. Press machines can be manually pushed, mechanical or hydraulic. Attention: The force point of the press should be at the center of the shaft and should not deviate.

Pull-out method

Using a specialized puller, when disassembling, as long as the handle is rotated, the bearing will be slowly pulled out. When disassembling the outer ring of the bearing, the corners of the puller's two feet should be opened outwards; When disassembling the bearing inner race, the two feet of the puller should be facing inward and clamped on the end face of the bearing inner race.
