Characteristics and application

The spherical roller bearing has double-row rollers, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways that are tilted at an angle relative to the bearing axis. This ingenious structure makes it self-aligning, so it is not easily affected by the angle between the shaft and the bearing box seat or the shaft bending, and is suitable for occasions where the angle error is caused by installation error or shaft deflection. In addition to being able to withstand radial loads, the bearing can also withstand bidirectional axial loads.

The inner hole of the spherical roller bearing is cylindrical and conical, and the taper of the conical bore is 1:30 and 1:12. This tapered inner bore bearing is equipped with a tightening sleeve or a withdrawal sleeve, so that the tapered inner bore spherical ball bearing can be easily and quickly assembled on the smooth shaft or stepped machine shaft.
